I experienced fast paced growth in this "Global Platform for Social Video Advertising" especially in operations where I helped the pace of growth by implementing recruitment processes, technology improvements, streamlined operations process', team development and training as well as 8 new hires. As an Account Executive my role included adhering to budget restraints, building events, liaising with the client and suppliers, ensuring a motivated team, achieving both revenue and delivery targets. In the Event Crew Team I was responsible for Health and Safety of the client and the client briefing, correct equipment set-up, staff awareness, proactively improving efficiency and safety, incident management, to entertain the client and involve the whole group so as to ensure that everyone left with smiles on their faces.
